Sure it is March here in washtenaw county, but last week it felt like Summer, with the sunny 80 degree days– and tornado sirens going off in Dexter… Here is a peak at the wedding photo album of photos from a special outdoor wedding. Hats, shade trees, a comfortable backyard wedding, the second marriage for bride and groom. They wanted traditional photos, and we spiced it up a bit thanks to the colorful decoration. Congrats Jan and Jack!

chelsea, mi wedding photos: clown noses & dodging rain drops
Megan & Mark were married Saturday afternoon–dodging the rain down pours –in sunshine in their Chelsea backyard. I was sure to bring an umbrella-always seems to keep the rain away, and the rain ended just as everyone was getting ready for the ceremony. A highlight was a ‘clown nose surprise’ orchestrated by the bride for the groom who is a Detroit firefighter. Their ‘limo’ was the Detroit Firefighter clown band truck. With all the family, and multi-generations in the group photos-and the beautiful little flower girls, the well mannered & rowdy guys, it was A Day to remember!
