When Nancy called to find a time to do the family portrait, we played a bit of phone tag–with a job change, an area code change, selling a house, buying a house, relocating to a new city, having the family live in two cities at once–things are a bit chaotic, maybe too stressful for a family portrait she explained. But For Sure she wants lots of pictures of the kids playing. I told her, well, make sure you’re ready to be in the pictures too! Great news, she decided, hey, let’s do it! Let’s make it a family playtime session. And guess what? I had so much fun, I’m glad they decided to make it a Saturday afternoon session with the family, instead of a Wednesday morning time with kids only! After an initial edit of the images, I must say–’THEY HAD THE MOST FUN’ of all. I think she’s gonna cry when she sees these images!
